I've spent over eight years in the tech industry, as a software engineer, working on multi-million dollar conversion-focused teams. My time in this profession has taught me how small tweaks in copy, branding and design affect sales tremendously. I knew then and there that I wanted to find a way to give this same thoughtfulness to small businesses who do not have the budgets for full scale engineering operations.

As I networked with fellow business owners and entrepreneurs, I realized so many were stuck with DIY tools, flaky designers and a lack of time. They maybe had sites that looked polished but they did know how to get those sites to perform, let alone have the time to learn.

With Foundra, my mission is to help business owners, women and queer POC especially, get access to strategy-first design and bring their brand vision to life. Foundra isn't here to build a templated website and dip but, rather, to build a digital presence and growth engine that grows with you.
